To build your order, simply add items to the virtual shopping cart. When
you are ready to "check out", click on the shopping cart in the navigation
frame to the left. The cart will calculate your shipping and present you
with a total. Click the "Go to payments" button at the bottom of the
cart, and you will be prompted to enter your name, address, etc.
After
submitting that info, you will be presented with an order summary; you
can now select which payment option you would like to use (credit card, check, etc.)
If paying by check or money order, you will be presented with an
order confirmation screen which will contain an order number. You should also receive
an e-mail with the order details and the address where you should send
your payment. (Steiger Performance, PO Box 440, Fredonia, NY 14063).
A check can take 15-30 days to clear, so if you are in a hurry, you may
want to consider another means of payment. A bounced check will result in a $30 fee.
If you are paying via a credit card, you will be transferred
to an SSL secure server and prompted to enter your credit card information.
If you are paying via PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal site
to complete the transaction.
The cart will e-mail you a receipt which will come from
orders@steigerperformance.com, so if necessary, please be sure to allow that address
through your spam blocker prior to ordering. You may also want to
allow e-mails from jon@steigerperformance.com through, as this is the
address I will contact you from if there is a problem or if I have any
questions about your order.
Payment Methods Accepted
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, money orders, certified
checks and personal checks.
Orders paid with a credit card, USPS money order or PayPal payments funded from your
account balance or credit card can ship immediately. Paypal payments
funded from your bank account will take 3-5 days to clear, non-USPS
money orders and certified checks may take
a week to clear and personal checks can take 15-30 days to clear.
Your order can not ship until your payment has cleared.

partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to
offer safe and secure credit card transactions
for our customers.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason, you may
return them (in re-saleable condition) within 30 days for a full
refund (excluding shipping). Please include a copy of the invoice (or

Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, all parts manufactured by Steiger Performance carry a 90 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you discover a defective part, please contact me to arrange for repair or replacement.
Limit of Liability
If a product fails to perform as designed, Steiger Performance's only
obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven to
be defective. User shall determine the suitability of the product for
his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in
connection therewith. Use of the product implies consent to these
conditions.
